By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use this site.
This website is operated by Mr. Cliff’s Premium Bourbon. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mr. Cliff’s Premium Bourbon.
ALCOHOL SALES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
All alcohol orders are fulfilled by licensed retailers authorized to sell alcoholic beverages. We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcohol. You further agree that alcohol purchased is for personal consumption or lawful gifting only and may not be resold.
Orders are subject to acceptance and fulfillment by licensed retailers. No sale is final until the order has shipped.
Charges related to alcohol purchases may appear on your bank statement as “BEVSTACK-WINE/LIQR.”
THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
All orders placed on this website are fulfilled by licensed retailers authorized to sell alcoholic beverages. Neither those licensed retailers nor Mr. Cliff’s Premium Bourbon sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
By using this site, you swear, affirm, and represent that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages. You further represent that you are purchasing alcohol solely for:
(i) personal consumption, or
(ii) gifting to a person in the United States who is at least 21 years old.
You also affirm that the state in which you place your order and the state to which delivery is requested both permit the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages.
We rely upon these representations. If they are untrue and liability results, you agree to indemnify and reimburse Mr. Cliff’s Premium Bourbon and/or the licensed retailer(s) for all resulting costs, expenses (including legal fees), and damages.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FULFILLMENT
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and fulfillment by a licensed liquor retailer within our fulfillment network. No order is deemed accepted until it has been shipped by the licensed retailer.
A retailer may refuse to accept or fulfill any order for any lawful reason, including pricing or technical errors. No contractual obligation exists unless and until the order is accepted and shipped. If an order is declined after payment authorization, the payment method will be refunded in full.

AGE VERIFICATION & DELIVERY
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the recipient of the shipment must be at least 21 years old and must provide valid government-issued identification upon delivery. Alcohol may not be resold.
RETURNS & FINAL SALE
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable laws, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted except as expressly stated below.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.
FAILURE TO DELIVER
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or the recipient fails to sign for delivery, please contact us. If the order is returned to the sender, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
REFUNDS
We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are issued only for approved damaged or defective items and will be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Cliff’s Premium Bourbon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products fulfilled by licensed retailers.
